If you’re taking the time to read this True Botanicals review, chances are you’re ready to make a decision. But wait until you read this True Botanicals Review.

While there are now hundreds of organic and “green” products available on the market, all with different claims, it’s hard to know which one actually works. As a result, it can be tricky to know where to start. This is where this True Botanicals review comes in.

I’ve compiled a list of my top 5 favorite products, reviewed them, and answered some frequently asked questions about True Botanicals in this True Botanicals review.

Furthermore, I have also dropped some extra tips on how I derived maximum results on my skin and hair after using the products. Keep reading!

What Is True Botanicals?

True Botanicals is a line of Certified Organic, Non-GMO certified, and vegan skincare products that protect your skin from the inside out! It was created with the idea that the world needs more organic, plant-based skincare products without parabens and chemicals.

They offer a range of natural products for healthy skin that combine powerful and effective ingredients, with a reputation to back it up.  These products include not only vitamins and supplements but also body lotions, facial creams, and more.

Who Owns True Botanicals?

Marketing executive Hillary Peterson started True Botanicals in 2014 after her own experience with thyroid cancer.

After a long and successful career as a marketing executive, Hillary found herself at the crossroads of taking care of her newborn twins. However, she also began to sense that something was wrong. It was confirmed that she had thyroid cancer concurrent with post-partum thyroid.

True Botanicals was conceived with the sole aim of learning about alternative treatments she could use for her recovery. The fact that she is still alive, is enough testament to True Botanicals.

Aloe Vera

This is one of the main ingredients in True Botanicals skincare products.

Aloe Vera is an excellent herbal ingredient that is used in regenerating skin cells. This compound contains healthy oils, enzymes, and polysaccharides. Furthermore, it also contains other chemical compounds that are very vital for the human body.

Chebula

This is one of the most effective antioxidant-rich antique seeds for natural health and beauty care. These seeds are known to have various medicinal benefits similar to the benefits of lingonberries

Chebula fruit extract is one of the most unique South Asian (especially India) antiqued seeds. Furthermore, it is used in various skin and hair care products for its anti-inflammatory properties just like those contained in this anti-inflammatory diet meal plan

Research has shown that Chebula is effective in the treatment of wounds and skin aging.

Impressively, Chebula is one of the main ingredients in True Botanicals products.

Vitamin C

Essentially, Vitamin C is a potent antioxidant. It works excellently on acne scars and helps to reduce their appearance. It is one of the best natural remedies for skin care. The use of vitamin C has been linked to the protection of the skin against ultraviolet-induced damage

Hyaluronic acid is a natural, non-collagen moisture-retaining molecule made by our bodies to keep skin smooth and moist and one of the best skin moisturizers and an anti-aging champion.

Squalane

Squalane is one of the key ingredients in many true botanical products. It has rich antioxidants that combat skin damage and eliminate free radicals thus slowing down aging.

True Botanicals Negative Reviews

Our review on True Botanicals review shows that the brand does exactly that. But, what about the customers who have had less positive experiences? Does the brand show them? Yes, they do.

The brand features customers who have had less positive experiences. They talk about how their skin got worse after using this product and how they went back to their old routine once they realized it didn’t work for them.

The brand also receives negative reviews from customers who had less positive experiences. For instance, on Amazon some buyers have this to say;

This was a bad purchase on my part. Their description was written well and it begged me to buy.
A waste of money. If u can’t stand the way it smells, u certainly won’t want to put it on your face. U won’t want to put your oily face on your pillow. Wish I had sent it back right when I opened it. It goes into the wastebasket now.”

-Debra Hall
I wanted so badly to love this product bc a number of my friends do… while it’s a lovely feeling oil, it does not moisturize well enough for me in a Colorado, dry climate. I’ve purchased two bottles… hoping the second was better or that the longer I used it maybe it would work but it just doesn’t do anything for me, unfortunately.
-Heather F
There is no Expiration Date on two of the three True Botanicals products I purchased from seller. The products started to smell rancid less than 2 months after I bought them, and I got a skin rash. Truly disappointed.

True Botanicals Review: My Rating

As with any skincare product, people have different expectations. Personally, my focus for using the skincare products was to get rid of my acne. The other features were a bonus for me.

Nevertheless, I have examined and reviewed the True Botanicals skincare products based on five essential factors.

Anti-aging

Anti-aging products are very popular among women, according to the True Botanicals review. Two of their biggest products, renew pure radiance oil and Chebula active immunity serum, are primarily used to treat fine lines, wrinkles, and other signs of aging.

From my experience, True Botanicals is an excellent anti-aging treatment particularly suitable for those in their twenties or older. It utilizes ingredients such as watercress extract to encourage skin rejuvenation. It also reduces the appearance of wrinkles.

Skin Repair

True Botanicals cellular repair serum can be effective for skin repair. This is especially because it uses natural ingredients to penetrate the skin and help you maintain a clear complexion and slow down aging just like Serovital according to this Serovital review.

After a few weeks of using this product, I noticed that my skin was getting clearer. Although I got the product mainly because of acne, this was a huge bonus. Its ability to penetrate the deeper layers of the skin makes this solution particularly effective.

Acne

True Botanicals is a company that sells homeopathic acne treatment products. They claim to help you get rid of your spots. One of the first questions I asked before getting the True Botanical skincare products was, ‘are True Botanicals products good for acne?’

The good news is that after spending numerous hours of research and personally testing it out for myself, I can say with absolute confidence that True Botanicals renew pure radiance oil combined with the hydrating cleanser really works! If you have sensitive skin, you should purchase calm pure radiance oil instead.

It will provide you with the ability to reverse the growth of new pimples before they appear.

However, removing existing pimples might take longer than you would expect, especially if you are like me, who had so much acne.

Brightening

In my True Botanicals review, this is one area their products fell short. For me, True Botanicals is an effective skin brightener, but it is not perfect. In fact, its claim that it will produce immediate results seems a bit far-fetched.

If you want to try it out, I recommend going with the bundle package (or if you have oily acne-prone hair care skin like me) and the C & E Ferulic dispenser bottle instead of the pump bottle (which is what I did).

True Botanicals Shampoo Review

True Botanicals Shampoo Review

True Botanicals is a haircare line I had never heard of. I only knew that they had skincare products for a long time. When I found out they had a shampoo and conditioner, I decided to try it out.

If you are looking for a mild shampoo that won’t harm your hair, check out True Botanicals Shampoo. Their organic shampoos are free of harsh chemicals and sulfates and will benefit any hair type.

I highly recommend this product mostly because I have a bias for green and natural products. True Botanicals did a great job in giving us a healthy and organic option for hair care.

Final Verdict

As my final verdict on my True Botanicals, I have to say that True Botanicals is a great product and has helped me with my skin. It’s not a miracle worker, but it helped with acne and oily skin.

As a result, I recommend it for those who have the same skin issue.

True Botanicals Alternative

If you’re not satisfied with the price in this True Botanicals review, or you’re looking for a brand whose products are a bit more affordable, I suggest you try Christina Moss Naturals. Especially if you still want a Natural & green skincare product.

Christina Moss Naturals is widely regarded as the leader in healthy & organic body care products. Their products are organic, vegan, and gluten-free.
